Natasha Brito left her post as Creative Director at Sony Music to build the agency she’d wished existed for the artists she was developing inside the label. That agency is AUSTERE — the white-glove team doing visual identity development, marketing plans, social strategy, social media management, playlisting, and ad campaigns for the artists who hire us to run it for them.
AUSTERE works directly with a small number of clients at a time. That ceiling is structural — quality of work depends on it. But the same week she launched AUSTERE, Natasha also released the Iconic Artist Blueprint — the full curriculum she’d wished her Sony artists had had from day one. Within a year, independents in dozens of countries were studying it. Most of them wanted the playbook more than the retainer. They had the course. And they kept showing up with the same follow-up questions.
